The Titan is a testsystem for two to 128 pins suitable to test components, devices and modules. The Voltage range for HBM tests is probably the widest for this type of instrument and ranges from 50V to 16kV.

The easy-to-use user interface is operated from the bult-in touch-screen and requires no programming.

The specifications of the unit will meet all actual ESDA/JEDEC requirements for a “low parasitic” HBM-tester.
